Changes
In this episode, I decide to go outside for a walk in Shenyang, China, and talk about changes in life. Sometimes, we're so caught up with the fear of change that we forget to realize that it's needed in order for us to grow. I go over some of my experiences and what I've learned so far while embracing the idea of changing career paths and traveling. And how through small compounding actions, I've learned how to create a ripple effect for growth. I hope you enjoy this episode!

The Fragility and Mortality of Life
As 2022 ended and we are off to the start of the new year 2023, I was left to wonder and reflect on my own mortality and the fragility of life. For me, 2022 was a tough year mentally and spiritually, I had to come to terms with the idea that I can't control every outcome and that everyone has an end date, including myself. In this episode, I discuss the struggles of personal loss and the struggles I had to overcome to realize that every moment is precious and to not take for granted your loved ones. I hope you enjoy this episode and that it may help you out as well. Sometimes we need a small reminder of how fragile this life truly is in order to enjoy it to its fullest.
May 2023 be the Year you Crush it in your goals and in Life!

Do Things You Enjoy!
There have been many times where I've found myself upset and worried about doing new things and not being good at them. Sometimes, it's gotten to the point where I stop doing these things because of the feeling of failure. Whether it's creating content, filmmaking, writing short stories, picking up a new sport, or learning a new subject, the idea of not being great or perfect at these things has sometimes been daunting and crippling. If this sounds familiar and you've felt this way before, you aren't alone. In this episode, I go over a quote, supposedly attributed to Kurt Vonnegut, that has been circulating on the internet that discusses what these new experiences and things mean to our lives. Whether or not this quote really comes from the American Author, I decided to talk about it because sometimes we need reminders and pushes on DOING THINGS THAT MAKE US HAPPY!
With Much Love,
Alberto Castillo
P.S. I found on a Reddit thread that this quote might actually be from a Tumblr post. So I have decided to include the post link below. Nonetheless, this is still an awesome quote.

Year 2022: Acts of Kindness
As we're jumping into the new year, I wanted to remind people of the importance of new habits, especially the one of being kind to one another. In this episode, I break down two stories of random acts of kindness that helped shape me into the person I am today. I hope by sharing these stories, you guys find it in your heart to create a ripple effect of good in this world. Because now more than ever, it is up to us to create the change.
