Every Monday at 5pm Migrateful Founder Jess Thompson will conduct a 20 minute interview with one of the 32 Migrateful chefs from around the world, all with incredible stories and wisdom to share about their native cuisine, politics and life philosophy.
Migrateful is a social enterprise with the mission to empower and celebrate refugees and migrants on their journey to integration by supporting them to run their own cookery classes.

Jess interviews Syrian chef and Human Rights Activist Majeda. Majeda was imprisoned by the Syrian government for helping to feed people whose homes had been bombed in the war. She managed to escape Syria and now uses food to continue her activism in exile. She is now running a Syrian catering business called The Syrian Sunflower 💜
