Hunter Noack is a native Oregonian and classically trained pianist who started a project in 2016 to take classical music into beautiful locations. That project is called "In A Landscape" and in this episode Hunter talks about his own personal history and what gave him the idea for the project in the first place (Thanks Mom!).

Vadim Mozyrksy is a Portlander, administrative law judge, father, activist, and Ukrainian refugee. And he's running for Multnomah County Commission. I first discovered @PaleBlueWave on Instagram months ago and was fascinated by the short videos of random Portlanders getting their portrait taken. As his instagram following grew, he developed a fanbase, and now people seek him out as their on-the-street portrait photographer. His work is beautiful, endearing, charming, and disarming. And my favorite part of his story is that the inspiration for his art came from a dark place in his life.
