At the beginning, the young architects of ASPHALT respond to a request from an association of inhabitants of Noisy-le-Grand (93) mobilized against a "Tabula Rasa" type project. After a well conducted consultation they manage to find the right alchemy and find themselves the winner of a project of more than 100 houses.
