The 100-home Îlot C1C project in Villejuif aims to engage in a dialogue with the existing environment to redefine living together. This is underpinned by generous outdoor spaces. Open views, plant continuity and promenades offer a dynamic character, embodying the symbolism of life. Three architectural prisms are placed here to limit the impact on the ground. Program: Construction of 100 social housing units.
Surface area: 6,937 m2
Client: LOGIREP
Urban planners : TVK architectes-urbanistes
Developer: SADEV 94
Eco: Maxi brick, wood-concrete floor.
Energy label and carbon impact: RE 2020 threshold 2025.
Team: Atelier Berger Milà (associate architect) & Tolila + Gilliland (lead architect), Troisième Paysage (landscape architect) Y ingénierie (BET), BMF Conseil (economist).
