    • Santé mentale

Ok, this interview is a juicy one!! We are talking with Emily Nagoski about all things SEX like...
- how to increase your chances of feeling a climax or orgam - how to talk to your partner about your sexual desires - how to release sexual shame during sex or while masturbating - different ways to masturbate and feel pleasure - how to feel more accepting of how you look "down there" - what sexuality is and what it's not - and so. much. more
Emily Nagoski is a writer, sex educator, researcher, activist, and self proclaimed nerd. Emily went to Indiana University for a M.S. in Counseling Psychology and she continued on to earn a Ph.D. in Health Behavior with a concentration in human sexuality. Now, she is the award-winning  author of the New York Times bestseller, Come As You Are: the surprising new science that will transform your sex life. Her new book, Burnout, was released in 2019 which she co-authored with her sister Amelia to help women end the cycle of feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and feeling not enough.
I have been dreaming of this interview with Emily ever since I read Come As You Are 4 years ago! It's a book I recommend to anyone who wants to get to know their body better and feel more informed, educated, and empowered by their sexuality. It truly will transform your sex life and how you see your sexuality in general!
