Currently, he is the Chairman of Corporate Social Responsibility and Affirmative Action at Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Northern Region. He is also the Chief of Strategy and People Care at SGT University, Gurugram and the President of Haryana Chapter of Federation of Indian Industry (FII).
