In today's episode, Yasmine Ghadache, and guest speaker, Rafael Zegarra-Parodi, discuss his recent paper entitled, 'Effect of Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment vs Sham Treatment on Activity Limitations in Patients with NonSpecific Subacute and Chronic Low Back Pain: A Randomized Clinical Trial'. We explore the findings from his research study, the way in which it was misconstrued by the French Media and highly criticised by other professionals in France, the importance of critical appraisal in osteopathic education and the relevance of rethinking models of health in Osteopathy.
