Dan Harris is a fidgety, skeptical journalist who had a panic attack on live national television, which led him to try something he otherwise never would have considered: meditation. He went on to write the bestselling book, 10% Happier. On this show, Dan talks with eminent meditation teachers, top scientists, and even the odd celebrity. Guests include everyone from His Holiness the Dalai Lama to Brené Brown to Karamo from Queer Eye. On some episodes, Dan ventures into the deep end of the pool, covering subjects such as enlightenment and psychedelics. On other episodes, it’s science-based techniques for issues such as anxiety, productivity, and relationships. Dan's approach is seemingly modest, but secretly radical: happiness is a skill you can train, just like working your bicep in the gym. Your progress may be incremental at first, but like any good investment, it compounds over time.

Essence of wisdom

I like so much your podcast, Dan. Especially since this crisis occurred, you are an invaluable source of wisdom, spiritual healing and relief by putting yourself as a role model into the mess and let us see what happens to you within those conversations, acknowledging your weaknesses, sharing your thoughts as a human being instead of an anchor man, journalist or whatever. Thank you and keep going 🙏

Great podcast

Dan is such a great podcaster and storyteller. His questions are always thoughtful, interesting and resonate personally. I highly recommend.

A must for the novices meditators!

I first started with the 10% happier app and I loved the content and Dan's casual and easy communication style.
I am now absolutely addicted to the podcast too.
The format of interviews makes it very diversified and interesting and full of valuable tips and advices.
Thank you Dan for improving my life, I would say much more than a 10% :)
