Also a question, i saw you made a promotional video for impossible burger long time ago, it would be great to hear your current opinions on impossible, beyond etc. companies and their future. And maybe you could give your ideas on creative ways to use the beyond/impossible minced meat? Also why do you think there aren’t any actually good "fake" cheese companies just like the fake meat companies? Last question: overrated/underrated plant based milk ?
