Exactly what I needed

I’ve been vegetarian for two years and decided it’s time for me to go full time vegan. My fear is I could get fat or not be able to get muscle... so when doing research, I stumbled upon this podcast and man ! It’s like you’re reading my mind. I actually listen to this while in the gym so been learning a lot, especially about nutrition. The episode on Carbs for instance is amazing ! I didn’t know that potatoes and pasta could help with a healthy diet.
I’m so happy I found this, it’s gonna be a great companion in my vegan muscle training journey !
Also, Fritz’s accent is so adorable ^^

New life

Better and better

I came accross Fritzness on Instagram by chance, when looking for some ideas of vegan high protein meals, and we exchanged some views on vegan protein needs of a person who wanted to build muscle. I recommended to him to follow a science based vegan powerlifter and awesome coach for more information on the subject. Fritzness announced that he would like to interview her and that's how I discovered this podcast. As a quite organized person, I started listening from the very first episode. I have to admit, I did not find it very professional at the beginning and quite worse than other podcasts I was subcribed to - the sound was not great, one could hear Fritzness's breathing very loudly, his diction was not at his best and a few parasite words like "and yeah", "like I said", repeated quite often were somehow disturbing (not to speak about a strong German accent which made a discussion about leucine or lysine quite confusing). BUT, I kept listening and gave him a chance because - Übung macht den Meister - right? Little by little, I started actually enjoying the podcast, since Fritzness changed a little bit the format of the podcast, having added some introductory words and music, maybe even invested in a better audiorecording device, and he switched from monologues about his experience (and giving advice) to interviewing other people who have been active within the vegan fitness community. After having listened to all the episodes, I now have to say - BRAVO - Fritz, you are becoming better and better in what you do and I find you have the potential of a great interviewer. You are not afraid to use your critical thinking, you are open-minded, you do not hesitate to ask controversial questions and I appreciate your "non-militant" approach to veganism. On the contrary, you send out a very positive and compassionate message, your approach is not about perfection but progress, it's not about a quick fix but about longterm goals and I feel you'll have a growing audience if you keep doing this. I have found so far three episodes particularly outstanding and hence my 5 star reviews of them. Keep up the great job and thank you for your passion!
