Yadega ,

Very interesting

A lot of real experience which helps me to:
- Prepare myself to unexpected situations
- Guide me to build a training plan which fits the most my body, my schedule, my objectives, my current capabilities... to get faster to acceptable performance with decent time allocated (Family has priority...)
- Have nice time listening to motivated and pationned guys exchanging thoughts about what I'd love to practice too
