We talk with actor J.K. Simmons and director Michelle Schumacher! Their latest project, You Can’t Run Forever, releases this Friday in theatres, on digital and on demand. J.K. and Michelle talk about the film and more! Miranda, a young woman already suffering from acute anxiety due to a past tragedy, faces a new terror when a serial killer chooses her as his next target. In a harrowing hunt through the woods, Miranda finds strength she never knew she had as she tries to elude her murderous tracker. Academy Award winner J.K. Simmons stars in a spine-chilling thriller about the strength of family and the astonishing power of the human spirit.
Our review of X-Men ’97 starring Lenore Zann, George Buza and Matthew Waterson. Marvel Animation’s X-Men ’97 revisits the iconic era of the 1990s as The X-Men, a band of mutants who use their uncanny gifts to protect a world that hates and fears them, are challenged like never before, forced to face a dangerous and unexpected new future.
We also play Mr. Green’s final of three interviews with the cast & crew from the Netflix series Dead Boy Detectives! Kassius Nelson and Yuyu Kitamura play Crystal and Niko on the series. They talk with Green about filming the show and more! Meet Edwin Payne and Charles Rowland, “the brains” and “the brawn” behind the Dead Boy Detectives agency. Teenagers born decades apart who find each other only in death, Edwin and Charles are best friends and ghosts… who solve mysteries. They will do anything to stick together – including escaping evil witches, Hell and Death herself. With the help of a clairvoyant named Crystal and her friend Niko, they are able to crack some of the mortal realm’s most mystifying paranormal cases.
