Rhyan shares with us her story of how she began deconstructing as she fought to leave an abusive marriage and church system that ultimately forced her to lose everything.

Her courage and strength is something to be admired and I am so grateful to have had the chance to hear more of her story.

I had the honor of talking with David Hayward (aka Naked Pastor) and hearing more of his personal story with deconstruction and what led him to start Naked Pastor and bring us all the amazing books, art and cartoons we all know, love and share!

David is genuinely one of the kindest people I've met and it was a pleasure having this conversation with him! 

He was a pastor for over 30 years and he explains more about why he finally had to leave the church.

We talked about his thoughts on misogyny in the church and how certain verses are abused and taken out of context when it comes to gender equality.
