J O Y, a noun, a feeling of great pleasure and happiness. But what if JOY was a noun, a verb & an adjective? We could be finding JOY! Being JOY! Doing JOY!
JOY can be so many things. I’m in JOY when I dance. I’m giving JOY when I am of service to others. I’m finding JOY in the little moments like washing dishes, walking my dogs, listening to a friend. JOY is everything.
I can’t wait to share with you all that I am learning. I can’t wait for you to learn how others are finding joy, being joy and doing joy.
