Let's Talk Leadership Chris Yourdan

- Religion et spiritualité
I believe that every person can be a great leader and one quality of a great leader is being a great learner. I have found that some of the greatest learning moments come as a result of conversation. As a leader in church I find great leaders in families and friend circles, in business and churches, in tattoo parlors and barbershops to learn from.
My name is Chris Yourdan and I currently serve as the creative pastor at New Vintage Church in Richland Washington. I have been on staff since 2012. Here I will let you in on leadership conversations I'm having with some of my friends.

Leaders Love Solitude
I have always found it easy to isolate myself. Isolation protects you from being hurt and it protects you from letting others down… Or so I thought. We see throughout the gospels that Jesus went away often to find solitary places to pray. If Jesus, the creator of the world the savior of our souls needed to get away at times and quiet His soul, I think we need to learn how to get away and quiet our souls as well. This episode is the first episode in a mini series “Leaders ...” Join me next week for part two of this discussion, “Leaders Pray”
