    For the purpose of this episode we cut out the discussion on how to use the SPIKES framework as you're probably very familiar with this given your recent exams, but in case you need a refresher, SPIKES stands for Setting, Perception, Invitation, Knowledge, Emotion/Empathy, Summary/Strategy.
