The second UXLibs podcast in which Andy Priestner, Matt Borg and Ned Potter discuss the team challenge component of the annual UXLibs conference. This year's challenge involved the creation of an entirely fictitious academic institution: the University of Lanarkshire. As well as creating the campus, a website, and the University's library service (together with Donna Lanclos) they crafted a huge pack of User Experience research data for delegates to process. The task for delegates was to decide and pitch what steps Lanarkshire library staff should take next. Along the way we learn which authors Matt Borg has in his home library.
