A Friendly Conversation.
What a good podcast should always do is make a listener feel like they are listening to a conversation amongst friends.
Too many focus on gimmicks, but what usually brings people back again and again are the hosts themselves, and whilst Sudden Double Deep has had to change it up, it’s never really missed a beat. When I’m listening I’m there with them, laughing at jokes, nodding in approval when we agree (and cursing them when we don’t).
SDD has become such a comfort listen, one that informs and entertains in equal measure, but most of all it brings a happiness with it, like being amongst friends, like listening to a good podcast should be.

I listen every week without fail, Daryl, Jeanette and Matt recently have been killing it! There’s something for everyone with this ingenious concept. Always insightful takes, great guests and tons of fun.
Great fun and always different!
The 3 of them are always hilarious and each episode features completly unique content but with a similar structure, making it easy to get into. Great for film buffs to learn new stuff and discover new movies, or for general audiences to have a laugh! Keep it up guys.
