04. Passengers Crew's Next? - The Podcast About Film

    • Film Reviews

After finishing Public Enemies in the previous episode James and Elsa picked a film from the filmography of music coordinator, Shinnosuke Miyazawa and arrived at the 2016 sci-fi romance Passengers starring Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence. Directed by Morten Tyldum, the film follows two passengers on an immense interstellar spacecraft carrying thousands of people to a colony 60 light years from Earth, when the two are awakened 90 years early from their induced hibernation.

James and Elsa discuss the moral dilemma of the film's central premise, the wasted use of Laurence Fishburne and Elsa seems to struggle as to whether she's watching Michael or Martin Sheen!

Crew's Next is THE podcast about film. Every other week, join James Albarn and Elsa Grace as they review and discuss a film that they have chosen from the filmography of a crew member that worked on the previous film they discussed. They start with Christopher Nolan's Prestige but who knows where they will end up as each different crew members filmography takes them to different years, genres and, let's be honest, quality levels!
