Customer Reviews
Excellent podcast
As a blue belt who is, like Josh, relatively new to the game and equally obsessed with it, I greatly enjoy and benefit from the exchanges between Jake and Josh. I really appreciate Jake’s thoughtful analyses (even a mostly Gi guy). One minor idiosyncratic expression of bewilderment (which is neither here nor there): How can two so seemingly likeable guys be into bow hunting? Yes, yes, a swiftly killed animal that enjoyed freedom until its last breath is much better off than a factory-farmed animal, but I don’t get the joy-in-killing-critters thing. Centipedes in Hawaii are different thing. You shouldn’t take pleasure in killing them either, but it is self defence — those things are terrifying. Thanks again for a fantastic podcast!
