You need this Podcast
If you are interesting in improving your cycling/running/swimming or are just generally interested in sports science then you have to listen to this podcast! Chris's podcasts are usually pretty short so you don't get overwhelmed with too much info in one go, instead they are full of practical tips that you can use to improve your training. What I like most about this podcast though is that Chris cuts through all the nonsense that you often get in the world of training and gives you advice that is backed up by the latest scientific evidence. Also if you have any questions regarding training Chris usually answers them via Twitter/Facebook or even on the show itself! As I said at the start you need this podcast!!
