This week it is my pleasure to be joined by Elizabeth, founder of Hall & Co Event Design to share her experience and insight on building a successful wedding business.
Starting out doing-up furniture for fun Elizabeth began by renting out pieces out for events and could have never imagined that her hobby would grow into a full time business.
Now, five years on, Hall & Co employ a team of people, and if you’ve seen their Instagram you’ll know while they work hard they also have a great time together creating bespoke and memorable events.
Elizabeth shares with me what has had the biggest impact on her business, from leveraging social media, to getting clear on their ideal clients and what she’s learned from building a team.
If you are new to the wedding industry, or want to start a wedding business Elizabeth has some sound advice for you to follow your gut or as she puts it - if an opportunity doesn’t excite you and make you think, hell yes! Then it’s a hell no.
