James Scott is the Co Founder and COO of Stories, a purpose-led property development company that partners with landowners to deliver long-term social, economic and environmental outcomes. James' role is focused on product, strategy and marketing alongside the operational side of the business.

​He is an Alumni of Trinity College, Cambridge where he read mechanical engineering and he is a member of the UKGBC's Social Value task force.
