As for eloquent brits goes, Sam takes the prize

I’ve gained a wealth of insights listening to Sam over the years, applying them to my life over time and some that I’ve seen I coming up over and over.

Somehow it helps to hear it in somebody else’s words for it to click.

Brilliant podcast for improved self-awareness and focus

I really like this podcast. I was looking for something simple and mindful that would help me reflect on life and help with my self-development. Honestly, it’s simpler and shorter than what I was originally looking for but actually that is exactly what’s made it perfect. It’s like listening to a wise and positive-thinking friend talk about topics that will help you be more conscious in your life. Another thing I want to highlight is that the short duration has helped me focus, I feel like I’m becoming a better listener to those around me. Thanks Sam and I look forward to more 💯
