What an episode! I last spoke to this guy back in Episode 68, which I still use as a reference today, so to have him on again as a guest was absolutely awesome. For this week’s episode, I had the pleasure of catching up with the worlds leading back pain specialist, Professor Stuart McGill. Whenever I speak with him, I learn so much. He has so much knowledge and experience, and some great stories, which just adds to any conversation you have with him. In this week’s episodes, we chatted about the impact of the increased time people are working from home on lower back health, the most important habits to keep on top of when it comes to managing lower back pain, as well as posture and activations.
