2.6: Jen Scotney, Navigating the Unexpected, Resilience and New Horizons She Trails Podcast

    • Running

Very happy to welcome Jen Scotney on the podcast today. She is a podcaster, writer, coach, yoga teacher, and mountain leader. She also was a runner and has previously stood on the podium at some of the UK’s toughest ultramarathons, including the 190 mile Northern Traverse race and twice on the 108 winter Montane Spine Challenger. A diagnosis of osteoarthritis that was not related to running, led to two knee replacements, and the end of her running. She now writes and broadcasts exploring how we cope when life doesn’t go as planned.
Very grateful that she shared her story with us and I hope you enjoy listening as much as I loved our conversation!

Subscribe to "She Trails Podcast" for future episodes, where we dive into female trail runner stories, and get inspired to explore new paths and seek our own adventures, whatever they may be.
