Excellent Yoga For Beginners
We recently took up yoga and found this podcast both easy to use and comfortable. Although we've titled the review 'for beginners', we imagine that there are still some sequences here which would challenge intermediate and/or more flexible users than ourselves! We thoroughly enjoy getting home at the end of the workday, breaking out the mats, and tuning in. Each episode has a fine variation of poses, with the soothing instructors providing options for those who want something a little easier. The slide show format is very useful indeed - an improvement on just audio - as are the print-out guides, though it's not always clear how to get from pose to pose. Nonetheless, this podcast comes highly recommended.
Sweet and short yoga classes
I have been doing these yoga classes for years now. There are so many different styles to try from power to kundalini to hatha to meditation. Love the fact they are 20 minutes so if you’re short on time you can just pop one on.
Definitely recommend.
