224 Valley of the Headless Men : The Nahanni National Forest Art and Jacob Do America

This week we head up north to the great country of Canada. For 10,000 years indigenous people have told terrifying stories of a secluded valley of land known as the Nahanni Valley... later The Nahanni National Forest. They told stories of a cursed land full of evil spirits, demons, bear/wolf creatures, giants, and Sasquatch like men . Later on these stories would be shared with prospectors coming in to the area in search of gold. At first these stories were shrugged off as folklore to divert prospectors from infringing upon the ancient native land. But then a series of gold miners turned up dead .. . ALL with their heads missing. Is there some kind of logical explanation for this? Or is this land truly and utterly CURSED?
