Following on from a post I did a few weeks ago on TikTok and Reels showing 5 classic signs you have an unhealthy relationship with food let's try and put things in to place to fix the issue.

Creating a much healthier relationship with food and eating in general has been one of the best things I have done on my journey and in all honesty if it hadn't been something I had worked on I don't feel i would of had the success i've had.
