Interesting, insightful and so helpful as someone navigating a way to a happier and healthier life. Katie is lovely to listen to, and that rare podcaster who lets their interviewee speak and educate us without constantly interrupting.

Fantastic podcast!

I have been listening to this podcast for a couple of years. Katie covers the best topics and doesn’t just follow trends like many others do. She does her research and is passionate about what she shares. I love how relaxed and practical her podcasts are. Truly inspiring individual and I have adopted many of her suggestions such as broccoli sprouting tips!!! As a mother myself I love that I can learn from someone who I trust. However don’t be put off if you are not a parent- please listen to this amazingly knowledgeable lady who is always ready to learn herself! Well done Katie and keep going!!! X
