An innovative and uncompromising artist whose career encompassed everything from 1960s pop to a collaboration with hooded Seattle doom-merchants Sunn O))), Walker was a huge influence on a diverse range of artists including Radiohead, Pulp, Cult of Luna, David Bowie, Brian Eno, Goldfrapp, Opeth and Leonard Cohen. In much better news, the boys discuss the incredibly exciting announcement that Machine Head will be back with original members Logan Mader and Chris Kontos to play their colossal 1994 debut album Burn My Eyes in full. They also review new albums from UNKLE, Whitechapel, Brutus and The Pirate Ship Quintet and trade-off comes courtesy of Broken Bells and Atari Teenage Riot.
