#4 Natalie Postl HealthSpiration

    • Alternative Health

We laughed, we cried, this was such a powerful conversation. I do apologize however. I had some technical difficulties which led to some poor audio on my end but Natalie's is on point. My audio does get better throughout the episode but you're not here to hear me anyways so it's not too big of an issue I hope.

After being diagnosed with a rare endometrial cancer at age 30 Natalie took a deep dive into her health. She struggled to find anyone that would work with her on root-cause issues and became so confused by all of the conflicting information and diets that were out there. She tried conventional therapies which left her feeling crazy, depleted, and not like herself. Even worse, they didn’t prove effective.

Over time Natalie became really good at reading research, finding the right people who could help, and cutting through the noise of the health world, to focus on her individual needs. She is now blessed to help others tap into their own healing ability, to see what their body needs at a foundational level, and what food and diets are actually healing and helpful for each unique situation.
