This week we have the incredible Kieran Hedley on with us, he is an Anxiety Coach originally from New Zealand usually based in Bali. Kieran has experienced his own mental health battles and overcome anxiety, depression and suffering frequent panic attacks. He now coaches clients 1:1 to help them overcome their own battles.

I brought Kieran on this week as we are all going through very unfamiliar times at the moment because of COVID19 with many of you being in isolation. Coping with anxiety, uncertainty, fear and confinement can be extremely confronting. We chat all about the challenges we are all going through and Kieran provides some incredible advice on how best to manage your own situation and these feelings.
