We are three geeks stuck in the world of 80s and 90s nerd culture (and sometimes here and now) looking at cartoons, movies, music, TV, toys, conspiracies. Asking 'Are there too many reboots or not enough?' 'Can bands release music after a key member dies?' 'What is the best 80s cartoon or toy?' All this and much more!

A-Z of 90s Hip Hop: Episode Three E-F

Finally we've made it to the letters E-F which marks episode three of our strange Hip Hop 90s nostalgia journey. So listen to those crazy cats, TeeJ, Imran and Dan as they once again pick the best hip hop groups and artists active from 1990 - till the very end of 1999.

Like a sexier episode of Sesame Street with a slightly insane robot rather than the Count.

    Supple & Lean | A Geekcast 06: 'Revisiting the MCU' (pt1)

    Supple & Lean | A Geekcast 06: 'Revisiting the MCU' (pt1)

Welcome to Episode #6 of the 4ever in Electric Dreams & CONFESSIONS OF A CURLY MIND co-production - Supple & Lean | A Geekcast.

Following their three-episode mini series delving into the Bad Lip Reading project, 'Axe Assassin Albertson', Imran Mirza from London, UK, and Vahé Vishapakagh Koshayan from Melbourne, Australia, kick-start the first of their next trio of episodes this time revisiting films and shows that made up the MCU's Phases 4 and 5.

As devoted fans of the staggering achievement that was Marvel's Infinity Saga, it would perhaps be fair to say that the ushering in of Marvel's new era has had more than a few bumps in the road. With criticisms ranging from an over abundance of content to a significant dip in quality to personnel changes, reshoots, etc fan support has started to wane. But with their objective hats back on, Vahé and Imran engage in a series of broader MCU-based discussions as well as diving in to more focused conversations on the product. For this episode, the show explores 'She-Hulk: Attorney at Law', 'Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania' and 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3'.

As if this bumper-sized episode wasn't enough, Vahé continues the show's rich lineage of providing new and original songs - specific to each episode. So for this go-round, we're proud to unveil: 'Unguarded', 'Can't, Man' and 'The Incomprehensible Skulk'.

An incredibly fun episode that should both excite and infuriate wrestling purists as the CENK trio outline an exclusive WrestleMania-esque two-night event allotting for eight matches per night, three pre-show matches, including selecting the venue as well as our respective announce teams.

Feel free to let us know which of the team put on the best show and how you would best use mega stars like CM Punk, Seth Rollins, Kenny Omega, MJF, etc.

This episode of the Close Encounters... Minicast sees the team host an in-depth conversation about the making of 'Old Boys Club' - the first from the 4ever in Electric Dreams-The Monsters Within Us horror anthology.

Imran Mirza, Denis-Jose Francois and 'Old Boys Club' creator Dan Collacott have a sit-down to discuss the show, how and why it came to be, along with the challenges of creating a horror-based narrative that relies solely on what a person hears. If you have never heard 'Old Boys Club' in its entirity - don't worry, we don't spoil anything - but we'd love for you to check the episode out here for your listening pleasure:

We're very proud of 'Old Boys Club' and have some wonderful things planned for The Monsters Within Us going forward which you'll hopefully be hearing about very soon. This episode of the Minicast also teases wider conversations about the emergence of AI within the content we consume which is also something we hope to revisit here very soon.
