Welcome to the fun run! This is a running workout series which you can take for your run to have a little bit structure and do something different than usual.
I recorded it as a simple experiment. I shared it with few people, and they enjoyed it so I am sharing this with you. The quality of this series should improve witch each next episode. If this is your first episode, I suggest going back to episode no1.
This session is about speed and cadence! We are going to analyse what's stopping us from going faster, as well as get our legs to move more quickly.
