Sometimes we set the bar too high, or expect people to be perfect while keeping a blind eye on our own shortcomings. But still, some people just can't hold themselves accountable and you be the one having to pay the cost. Do they not know to do better? Bc they say when you know better you do better. There's always room to learn and grow, and pass on what you've learned and what caused you to grow to the next person. But they have to be willing. You can't keep yourself held back for the next man if they're not trying...but are they?
