S2EP3: From Sobriety to Breathwork with Olivia Mendoza
Olivia Mendoza is a breath work facilitator, a women’s circle holder, an intuitive artist. She’s also a self-healer and a proud sober warrior.
I met Olivia last fall at a retreat we both attended in England. The first circle we had, Olivia was sitting right next to me and I remember her crying the whole time. Then there was a second day when she didn’t cry at all, but was quietly observing. Then I heard her story and I was obsessed with everything about Olivia!
Olivia’s story of a challenging upbringing, her journey to sobriety and self-compassion will inspire you more than you know.
Please check out her offerings, especially the upcoming “Breathwork Bubble” that will sure transform your life for the better.

S1EP10: Moving Forward With Vulnerability with Kit Yoon
The table gets turned (mostly) to Kit for this final episode of Second Spring Podcast Season 1 when her friend and coach colleague, Caitlin Faas, facilitates the interview!
Kit shares how she’s feeling about parenting young adults as an empty nester; some tools that she has found helpful and what she finds challenging in this chapter.
You will hear how Kit answered Caitlin’s question: “What do you not want the person in front of you to know about you?”
See if she’s having a midlife crisis!
You will also get to hear a bit about Caitlin who is an academic, a life coach as well as a meditation teacher. Caitlin has had her own version of Second Spring, a pretty traumatic one at that. While healing from the challenging transition, Caitlin found her mentor.
Learn what it’s like for a coach to have a guide and an apprenticeship and what you, too, can experience if and when you need help through your own Second Spring transitions as well.

Short, sweet nuggets of goodness!
Loving this new podcast from licensed acupuncturist and health coach kit Yoon. She brings a unique blend of wisdom and tips drawn from her acupuncture training, hypnotherapy and coaching which she packages up in deliciously small, nutritious nuggets perfect to listen to and digest in the car or while multitasking at home. I particularly like how focused and to the point she is - and how thought provoking her episodes are. You don’t need to be wanting to lose weight to glean lots of value from this series.
