Tired of one-sided rants from either side? Wish Christians and atheists would actually talk to each other, rather than over each other? So do we! Fundamental disagreements about God, faith and morality are too important to reduce to mere sniping from afar. Respectful, friendly discourse is what's needed, if there is to be any hope of mutual understanding. That is what our show is about.

Brain fodder

An excellent debate by two people who clearly are friends. There is ample discussion from both sides and neither are afraid to state their view but there is no shouting or abuse. Each gives the other space and time to formulate their arguments, each allows the other to speak without talking over each other but both show mutual respect for the other POV.

It is interesting to hear the arguments from "the other side" and it certainly helps listeners with open minds. It can strengthen their own POV or perhaps it might even change it!

Balance

Coming in late to this. Having picked up the episode on divine command theory, I would say this is a great inquiry and advances and unpacks the topic extremely well. I am particularly struck by how respectful and sensitive the discourse is without, also, shying away from disagreements. Well done to the Team for their production and I look forward to digging into the back catalogue!

Outstanding

Rolling Stop, two of the worst words in the English language. I still check intermittently in the hope that the boys are back in town.
The temperament during a genuine attempt to explore the issues is seemingly a unique achievement and you are missed. This podcast is timeless and recommended for anyone of any belief.
