Luke Morris, Founder & CEO - Liptember Foundation - a campaign dedicated to raising funds and awareness for women's mental health

This episode Mia McLeod chats with Luke Morris, Managing Director of the Liptember Foundation, a charity dedicated to supporting women's mental health. Luke started the Liptember initiative 10 years ago when he was just 24 years old. Luke noticed that there were support groups like Movember popping up for men, but at the time, no mental health charities supporting women. He was in a job he wasn’t particularly enjoying so he decided to jump feet first into building his very own charity from the ground up. Tune in to hear what it takes to launch a charity and how a young man's dream to change people’s attitudes to mental health came to fruition. During the month of September Liptember encourages you to pop on some lipstick and get involved in raising funds and awareness for women's mental health.
