Beautiful deep dive on what it means to be human

I was introduced to this podcast this week and have already inhaled 10 episodes... Connection, boundaries, beliefs, living audaciously.... Listening makes me think, empowers me and encourages me to live the life I want.

I am normal after all!

It’s awesome to hear that other people struggle with a morning routine, compare themselfs to others, give themselves a hard time for taking time out & have fear and worry BUT there are so many ways we can self sooth, learn to trust ourselves, give ourself a break, get joy from others successes, run our own guilt free schedule, give ourselves permission to have as much fun as possible and so much more. Thank you for your work and introducing me to all these wonderful humans. Now to start my journey to kinder & more compassionate adulting xxxx

Not for the faint hearted

I honestly feel this podcast is like a massive chocolate cake that peps me up every time listen to it. Especially because it highlights areas I need to get going on.

It's one that stands out for me because of Ebonie. I love the realness of the conversations its raw and I feel she gets her guests to open up in a way that many podcast hosts just can't. I also feel you can tell that this is a podcast about helping you get going and not staying stuck.
