David founded WPP Unite, the company's LGBTQ+ community which has helped create the 50th anniversary campaign for Pride in London and produced research into LGBTQ+ marketing and its future. Russ helped start the parent and carers ERG at RAPP, and was a key driving force in drastically extending parental leave at the agency. -
