About Errol

Errol Doebler is the founder of Leader 193, a leadership consulting firm, and the author of The Process, Art, and Science of Leadership. Errol has served as a Surface Warfare Officer, a Navy SEAL, and as an FBI Special Agent and FBI SWAT Operator and uses his experience to teach business leaders around the world.

Errol Doebler was born in Brightwaters, NY, where he grew up on the water. His resume reads as only a few people in the worlds can. United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD graduate; Naval Surface Warfare Officer (aka: ship driver); Naval Special Warfare Officer (aka: Navy SEAL); FBI Special Agent specializing in Counterterrorism Operations across the globe; FBI SWAT Operator; Afghanistan Combat Veteran; Recipient of the FBI's second highest award for bravery, The Shield of Bravery; Founder of Leader 193, consulting on leadership for Fortune 100 companies through five person startups around the world.

However, the true power of Errols leadership message comes not from an impressive resume. It comes from all the stumbles, mistakes, and unmitigated, self-sabotaging screw ups inside of his resume. Multiple academic and conduct review boards while attending the United States Naval Academy which brought him to the brink of expulsion numerous times. Near removal from the Navy as both a Surface Warfare Officer and Special Warfare Officer for conduct unbecoming an officer. Poor personal decisions that put a black mark on a professional reputation he worked so hard to build. But through all the adversity, he was saved because he was considered to be an excellent leader...

Errol left the SEAL Teams, after a career ending injury, with his tail between his legs in need for serious self-reflection as to why, despite many professional successes, he would follow up with unexplainable self-sabotaging behavior. Over many years, he came to realize that life, no matter professional or personal, was made up of a series of principles that repeated themselves. And, if one accounted for these principles, success would be found in any endeavor. There was a PROCESS that could be followed!

Hence, he developed The Process, Art, and Science of Leadership. After 13 years in the FBI he left out of a massive frustration with what he considered incompetent and destructive leadership and started his leadership consulting firm, Leader 193, where he currently employs The Process, Art, and Science of Leadership in a variety of ways with corporate clients across the world.

Special Thanks to Private Internet Access

I’ve been a customer of Private Internet Access for 3 years now and I love this service.  I was at a security conference a few years ago and I connected to the hotel wifi.  Immediately my endpoint protection software began to alert me of hacking attempts.  I launched my VPN from Private Internet Access and all of the attempts were stopped. My data and internet connection was secure.  Another great use of the VPN service is connect from different geo locations, which is very helpful when testing DNS and CDN caching. To get a your VPN account starting at $3.33 per month, please visit a href="https://ageekleader.
