SarahCrowner ,

Fantastic!!

I have just listened to the Sally Riceman episode. It was fantastic!

It gave me some new ways of thinking and feeling. When you are in the menopause you find yourself on a daily basis asking- what is wrong with me and why am I like this? You almost have to re set each day and find additional ways to care for yourself. It’s really tricky at times. It was great to hear about Sally and Pip’s challenges and how they are so similar to my own.

Nice to think of menopause as a rite of passage and a challenge that can really make you stronger and better as a person.

Thankyou for being so open and frank. More people should hear this.

Gives you the edge!

As a multiple “Edgeite” graduate, I am a huge fan of Jools and Pip and the training they offer through Edge. The insights they share on this podcast are invaluable and whilst they may just be bite-sized they are totally fulfilling! Highly recommend tuning in.
