My new favourite podcast

Thank you Donna and Sarah! I feel inspired to find my way out of the “wilderness” and discover “my thing” xx

Inhaling all wellbeing podcasts

Just listened to episode 1. It was an interesting listen - mainly because I too am currently in “the wilderness.”
I don’t subscribe to the boxes but think they’re a great idea and will be trying them - that’s how I initially stumbled across this podcast. I saw the Instagram account. My only feedback would be for the host to find her confident voice and watch how many times she says “yes” which started to distract me a bit. Although I am the sort of person who notices that kind of thing 🙈All in all a good first episode.

Just what I needed to hear

This first episode from Donna of Wildwoman- a non-fiction book subscription box I receive monthly- and her special guest Sarah was just what I needed to hear on a Thursday morning starting my day at work!

I’d been struggling with how to be at peace with myself and to stop picking on the negatives about how I was and what I was doing in my life.

I finished the 45 minutes learning that I should be celebrating my wins and going after what I loved in my personal and work life.

Thank you ladies for being so much fun to listen to and most of all relatable! Can’t wait for the next episode!
