Who are we, and what is Yoga with the Moon?

Yoga with the Moon is a wellbeing community founded by Alisha Eden and Sian Peters at a time in history when in-person connection was restricted, and self care became an even more important practice.

We meet twice a week via Zoom for yoga, meditation, journaling and listening to each other. The world is noisy, and busy, and confusing. Making time for yourself is radical and necessary. And all you have to do is click that Zoom button twice a week, and we will guide you through it.
