Simple and practical

Its a shame these podcasts are filed under "Christianity", as it really focussed on leadership. Andy focusses on practical leadership lessons that he backs up with real life examples. Yes, he does refer to the church once in a while and even quote scripture, but the intention is to teach you about leadership (which he does well) and not to preach to you.

Insightful

I love that Andy uses contemporary language to challenge subjects that the church has imprisoned in "theological" speak for centuries. This is helpful for a new generation of leaders who want to be relevant to an unchurched generation.
