    Tough Enough

    Tough Enough

The boys head off the Heath towards Primrose Hill, Regents Park and beyond, on a windy, muddy Tonks' MDS training run. Featuring Paul kitting himself out for the MDS - technically AND spiritually, Rob mis-identifying a classic car, tough talk, the what the why and the guy on high, top hat, white tie and tails, Susie Chan and Lisa Arscott, fear of heights (untested by Primrose Hill), Rob's posh minibreak, Paul's many guests, a legendary moment of slapstick, foot talk, long run report, strength training and/or breaking America, man down, 'on we go', digesting in the desert, and next week's potential ultra dress rehearsal in the Chilterns.

MsSarahEJones ,

Makes me smile every time

This is by far my favourite podcast- and I listen to A LOT of podcasts. It’s great to listen on a solo run, feels like you’re having a lovely catch up with mates, except you don’t need to worry about doing any talking. Makes me smile every time, often makes me grin at random strangers.
It’s the only podcast I’ve ever subscribed to, as I’d definitely buy these two a drink if I could.

addicted to Pdcsts ,

Power.

Feel my power!! 🤣

Two blokes running . . .

Listened from the start and really enjoyed it. Last 6months though it’s become the Rob D show, I get the injuries to PT, but every time PT starts a story or anecdote RD jumps in with a song that isn’t funny, stupid noises or sumat about him & PT stops speaking. I’ll stick with it but Rob is getting annoying.
