Anna Jones worked alongside Jamie Oliver for 7 years as a chef and food stylist. She has since written three best-selling cook books and is partly resposnible for putting vegetables at the centre of our plates. She has worked with some of the best-loved cooks and chefs of our time, including Antonio Carluccio, Yotam Ottolenghi and Nigella Lawson and writes regularly for The Guardian and The Pool.
