He started working in recruitment at 21, after being fired from Nando’s and not being sure which route to take - a “career glow up” as he calls it in this episode.
It was great to sit down with him and talk about his tenure as a recruiter, as well as building out a new market and team - as well as the trials and tribulations of being a billing manager.
